Meet your Slimming World Consultant, SARAH

I joined Slimming World in June 2023 after reaching 19st 6½lb and struggling to walk to work. With the support from Slimming World. my Consultant, my fellow members and the encouragement I received in group, I lost over 10st. I've now lost 50% of my body weight and was a semi-finalist at Slimming World's Woman of the Year in October 2025. Through this my confidence grew and I decided I wanted to help others achieve their target weight loss, just as I was supported in achieving mine, so I became a Slimming World Consultant.
