I’ve been doing Slimming World on and off for years but life kept getting in the way. Then one moment changed everything. On a girls’ holiday, we took a photo… and all I could see was my head peeking out from behind everyone else because I was hiding. That picture hit me hard. I realised I wasn’t living confidently I was shrinking myself, even in photos. So I made a brave decision. I rejoined Slimming World, wiped my history clean, and gave myself a completely fresh start. No comparisons, no pressure just me, choosing myself again. Since then, I’ve lost 5½ stone. But more than that, I’ve gained confidence, energy, and a life I’m proud of.
