❤️ I joined Slimming World in February 2024 and have since lost nearly 3st, sharing my journey alongside my mum and nan! Three generations supporting each other. ❤️ Now I'm lucky enough to be a Consultant, helping others find their confidence and achieve their goals. We're so much more than someone who sets up scales! We're fully trained in weight loss, mindset, habits and behaviour change, helping you understand not just what you eat, but why. I'm still on my own journey too, so I understand the highs, lows and everything in between. My passion is making sure nobody feels alone, judged or unsupported. I'm here to believe in you, encourage you and help you realise what you're capable of! ❤️
