I joined Slimming World as a member in 2017. Having counted calories before, I didn't know anything about Food Optimising so was excited to hear that, by making a few easy changes, I could enjoy all our favourite family favourites such as roast dinners, curries, pasta dishes etc and still lose weight! Losing 2 stones 8 1/2 lbs inspired me to become a Consultant in 2018 and I love supporting members each week in my groups. We're a friendly bunch who all understand how hard it is to take the first step but by taking it, you'll then discover the warmest of welcomes, oodles of support and ideas, plus lots of fun too!
