Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Jeff

I joined Slimming World as a member in February 2017 and I wasn't quite sure what to expect – I was amazed at the number of people just like me who wanted to lose weight and start feeling great again. A year later and five stone lighter, I decided to take the next step to be a Consultant with my own group. Understanding the struggles, my aim is to help all of my members reach their dream target weight. I absolutely love the words "It could be the seven days that change your life forever" in the Food Optimising book, as that's exactly what happened to me. My first week really did change my life for the better... a slimmer, more confident person, who just wants to help others on their journeys. X
