Hello, Iʼm your local Slimming World Consultant. When I joined Slimming World in July 2021, I was a very unhappy size 24. But I decided to give the Food Optimising plan my all and followed it 100%. I also introduced some activity with the help of the Body Magic programme and, within just eight months, I hit target and lost 8st! Today, Iʼm a very happy size 12, got married in the most beautiful dress and enjoy a happy, active life. I’m also now a Team Developer for North West Bristol. I'd love to welcome you to my groups.
