I joined Slimming World after trying lots of different diets, and I was finally successful at slimming (I lost over 8st) because I could enjoy food without ever going hungry. My relationship with food is totally different now – it really is a plan for lifetime success. The other key for me was the group experience. I became a Consultant in January 2017 and Iʼm so proud of my two fantastic groups and all theyʼve achieved. The hardest part is walking through the doors, but as soon as you feel the warmth and support of group, youʼll know youʼve made the right decision. I canʼt wait for you join our Slimming World family.
