I’ve always struggled with my weight and had tried every 'diet' going but never Slimming World, so I thought I would give it a go. I couldn't believe it when I heard about the variety of food and drinks I could enjoy and still lose weight. I loved having the support of the group where we shared ideas, highs and lows with fellow members – I made it my time every week. In 18 months I lost 4.5 stones and reached my target! I loved it so much that I decided it was my turn to support and guide others who felt the same as I had, so I became a Consultant.
