There’s no need to ever feel guilty or deprived - let's get you happy in your skin and enjoying yourself. We can’t wait to meet you. I joined Slimming World as a member in 2008 and I reached my dream weight, having lost four and a half stones. I was even entered into our Miss Slinky competition! I absolutely love food and the best bit is that nothing is off limits with Slimming World - you can still have a G and T too. You can feel confident that together we can achieve anything and there will never be any shame, humiliation or judgement.
