I was a Slimming World member for over 10 years and I've been a Consultant for over 12 years with groups in Thanet and Deal. After losing 11 stone 7lbs it's changed my life forever and I love helping others do likewise. Slimming World is so much more than a diet or a healthy eating plan, it's a lifestyle that can fit into everyone's life. No hunger, no short-term fix, just a way to stay in control with help and support from people that know how hard being overweight can be. I'd love to see you at my group!
