Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Allison

Hello, I’m Allison and run two morning groups in Cockett and Sketty. I live with my 2 dogs Woody (Shih-Tzu) and my diabetic Jug, Bo. I don’t like exercise, but the dogs force me out everyday rain or shine. I’m an avid rugby fan. and enjoyed a trip to the RWC in France last year. I have always struggled with my own weight, so I know how you feel, and will do my best to get a happier, healthier you. My groups are very friendly, we have lots of socials out of group, and always have a laugh along the way.
