Hi I'm Sarah. I run 2 of the Slimming World groups in Bath. Both groups are full of incredible members who together motivate and inspire each other to Food Optimise and lose weight! Without ever going hungry! I know, it almost sounds to good to be true. I myself felt the same before joining a group! After all those years of "faddy", "start again Monday" yoyo diets, where I felt deprived and hungry, I joined my local group alongside my mum where I learned how to food optimise and lost 3 stone to reach my target weight (which I've kept off ever since! 7 years+) It truly has been life changing! I'm now giving back that wisdom & helping my own members shed the weight & keep it off!
