I topped the scales at over 35½ stones I went on to lose 18 stone 10½ lbs – this changed my life forever! I felt that I would like to help people who experienced that same pain I felt and as a result opened the doors of my very first group - leading me to become a Consultant myself. My goal is always to pass on the same happiness I found! I thought my life was going to be lived from either an arm chair or a mobility scooter. To the outside world this was masked by a happy go lucky, cheeky chap exterior. In January 2012, I shuffled through the doors at my local Slimming World group; After a few weeks with Food Optimising and unlimited Free Food, my weight loss was flying; I was living a full and fulfilled eating lifestyle.
