It was May 2016 when I walked though the doors of my nearest Slimming World group and realised I had finally found the answer to my weight problem. With a busy lifestyle with little time to think about 'me', it had led to a gradual weight gain that was making me feel uncomfortable and miserable. Now, as a Consultant of that very same group, I am inspired and motivated every week by the success of my members - a wonderful mix of people, male, female, couples and singles, from all ages and walks of life. The one thing they all have in common is the drive to succeed in their weight loss and their support for each other.
