I'm Rob, I joined a group back in January 2000 and lost weight steadily following the Food Optimising plan. I became a Slimming World Consultant in 2008 after being made redundant from my full time job. It is the best move I ever made, I get to work with some amazingly inspiring people who could actually rule the world, and over the years I have helped thousands of people lose weight successfully!
