I was overweight for more than 20 years, yo-yo dieting up and down and then reaching my heaviest weight of around 14 stones. During this time, I tried many diets and other slimming clubs but never managed to maintain any weight loss I had achieved till I joined my local Slimming World group. I reached my goal very quickly and was so inspired by Food Optimising I decided to become a Consultant to help others who were how I once was. The most fantastic part of losing weight for me is being able to pick up a size 10 and 12 in a clothes shop and knowing that they will fit. The confidence it has given me is amazing!
