I joined Slimming World 4½ years ago and it changed my life! I’ve lost 3½ stones and have just had my second baby! My groups are similarly successful, with one of my members reaching the final five in our districts Woman of the Year competition. She lost an amazing 7½ stones and is one of our target members now.
