A very warm welcome to our Slimming World group at St Marks Gamble Hall & Parklands Widnes - we’re like one big, happy family and we’d love for you to join us! All my life I've had problems with my weight, and after being bullied at school and working in the food industry, I decided it was time to do something about it. I found Slimming World and I never looked back! After losing 6 stones, following the Extra Easy plan, I've now got bags of confidence and a lot more energy. My 80-plus members can't wait to get to group each and every week, getting weighed and joining in the excitement of IMAGE Therapy. We share our achievements as well as endless food ideas - making it loads of fun and a great opportunity to meet new friends.
