Like many other people, I've struggled with my weight since an early age and was unfortunately bullied for being 'fat' at school. Through my teenage years I tried everything possible to keep my weight down, but it all went downhill when I was at university. The nights out and student life took its toll. I decided to join Slimming World as I had a holiday planned and wanted to lose 2.5 stones... within 3 months of joining I'd reached my goal weight, enjoyed eating so much yummy food, changed my relationship with food to a healthy one – and I'd found myself a new career as a Slimming World Consultant!
