Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Candy

After many health issues, struggling with minor daily tasks, a lot of withdrawal, denial, and a kick in the pants from my GP, I walked through my local Slimming World group doors in November 2023. I forgot how much I loved to cook and started to make changes, which paid off when I saw the results on the scales. I loved hearing people's stories and ideas in group, and always felt an empathy to those struggling a little. After losing 10st 8.5 lbs, I am now a Target member and take my seat in group every week. My journey made me want to provide support to others and help them succeed in achieving their dream weight and better health. I opened the doors to my group in July 2024 and I am absolutely buzzing!
