Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Cat

Hi I’m Cat I am a Slimming World Consultant who is based at the Avon Business Center in Cannock. I joined as a member In January 2024 and within 6 months lost 3 stone 7lb, which improved my overall health and wellbeing. My asthma is now well controlled and I can now keep up with my young family's activities. I found the Food Choices and Food Optimising so varied and filling, I wanted everyone to know. So I became a Slimming World Consultant In July 2024. Our group is friendly, supportive, nonjudgemental but most of all fun. I have members who have lost an inspirational 7 stone within a year.
