Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Ffiona

I’d love to welcome you to my Slimming World group – and I really hope you’ll come and join us. I’ve been a Slimming World member myself, so I truly understand the ups and downs that can come with losing weight. There will be weeks when you’re jumping for joy and feeling amazing changes in your mind and body. There might also be weeks when it doesn’t go the way you’d hoped (don’t worry, we’ve all had them). If that happens, I’ll be there with understanding, ideas and kindness to help you uncover what got in your way, and decide on the changes you want to make for the week ahead. In my group, there’s no judgement or pressure – just tons of inspiration, encouragement and practical help that’ll make all the difference to your weight loss success. Everyone is on their own journey, so we’re all in the same boat and we’re all rooting for you to succeed.
