In June 2023 I rejoined a group and had lost 3.5 stone by March 2024, dropping from a size 14/16 to size 6/8. Since losing this weight my mental health and confidence improved drastically, so much so that I became a Consultant because I am passionate about our plan, that is backed by science and proven to work and I want all my members to achieve their target weight with the same support and care that I received on my journey. The majority of my new members embrace the plan with enthusiasm and self belief, achieving losses of +4lb in their first week, giving them the motivation and empowerment to achieve their dream. You will always find a fun, warm welcome at my groups, there are no strangers, just friends you haven't yet met.
