Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Nichola

I'm Nicky and in September 2021 I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was so depressed and unfit that I would get out of breath walking to the local shops. I didn't want to go anywhere because I was ashamed of how I looked. Enough was enough, so I joined my local Slimming World group. Everyone was so friendly, encouraging and supportive and within 41 weeks I had lost 5 stone 1lb and reached my target weight. I have so much more energy and feel great! This made me want to help others change their lives too so in December 2022 I launched my very own group then going on to take over another 2 groups in the area. I love seeing my members faces beaming when they come to group each week and would love to help you too. x
