A warm welcome...

I joined Slimming World as a member because enough was enough… I was getting bigger and bigger and although it wasn’t affecting my health, I knew if I did nothing about it, it soon would. My family and friends were very worried about me and didn’t think I cared, however on the inside I was more afraid than uncaring, and it hurt that I could see how worried they were about me. I was terrified to walk through the doors of a group - little did I know that it would be the step that changed my life for the better! Our members in all groups are the most caring people you could meet, and will share and support you every step of the way on your journey - we can't wait to meet you!
