After years of trying everything (including weight-loss surgery), I found Slimming World and Food Optimising and changed my life! Knowing that I had the freedom to enjoy my favourite foods and still lose weight was amazing. I am so proud to support my own members to achieve their own dreams whether they want to lose 9lbs or 9 stones. Our Group provides a warm, safe and supportive environment as well as huge craic each week as you get closer to your target weight, that’s what I would love for each and every one of my members. The smallest step through the door could be the biggest leap of faith in your life.
