As a Consultant it has been such an honour to see my own members achieve such fabulous weight loss goals and awards. To give someone their half stone award, or 1 stone award is just as fabulous as handing out a 6 stones weight loss award! I’d love you to join us and together we’ll support you the whole way to your dream weight. I had always had issues with my weight - I could never lose it and keep it off. I love food, but I didn't have a great relationship with it. Food Optimising turned my world upside down and amazed me from the day I came to learn about it! That very first day I joined a Slimming World Group, I was told I could eat pasta, burgers, chips, roast dinners and I thought how can this be? But they were right!
