Hello Let me introduce myself 😁 I’m Elaine and I’m a Slimming World Consultant ❤️ I lost 6 1/2 stone with Slimming World. My journey took almost 2 years, I now run two local groups one in Cumnock and one in Mauchline. I joined Slimming World in 2012 for the third and last time after 2 failed attempts. This time I was determined to lose weight and I cried when I topped the scales at 17st 13lbs but I knew with all the help and support I could do it. I started combining Food Optimising with Body Magic. On my first week I lost 6 1/2 lbs, I was buzzing. This set me up for another amazing week, then most weeks I lost a further 3 1/2 lbs - 2 1/2 lbs all the way to my dream target 🎯 weight. I'd love to welcome you to my groups.
