This is a true story that I thought I would never live… Around 4 years ago I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. I looked in the mirror and did not recognise the reflection. How did I become this person? An incredible chance coincidence led me to walk through the doors of Slimming World. I discovered a land of friendship, celebration, inspiration, motivation and success. I never ever dreamed that I would ever be able to lose 8 stone (50kgs) while eating whatever I want, never feeling hungry and by some miracle, naturally reaching for healthier food!
