Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Selina

Hello! My name is Selina and I am the Consultant for the Friday morning Slimming World group at Locking Castle Church! I’ve been a Slimming World member since 2016. I joined and lost over 2 stones to reach my target. I then continued to Food Optimise through my first pregnancy. I managed to then lose the 2 stone I gained and more to reach my target once again. I maintained my target for over a year, becoming a Diamond target member and won the Diamond target member award with my group! I used Slimming World and group support to lose the weight gained on my second pregnancy, too. Now, as your Slimming World Consultant, I hope to help you achieve your weight loss goals and dreams with our fabulous Food Optimising plan!
