Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Mikayla

I was due to have a gastric sleeve fitted in March 2020, then lockdown happened. Determined not to come out of it heavier than when I went in, I joined Slimming World... and the weight just started falling off! I lost 10lbs in my first week and 6½lbs in my second. The IMAGE Therapy I got in group was great for my mental health, too, especially during the pandemic. Fast forward to now and Iʼm 9st 4lbs lighter and I feel like a new person. I even won our groupʼs Miss Slinky 2021 and Greatest Loser 2022 awards! I trained to become a Consultant because I want to help as many people as I can to rewrite their inner script, find peace and achieve their weight loss dreams.
