I joined Slimming World in 2010 and became a Consultant in October 2013. Food Optimising is all about getting into new grooves, to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle that the whole family can enjoy. No food or drink is banned, so I can still enjoy a meal out and a glass of wine at the weekend. Come along to one of my lovely groups and chat to the members about their successes.
