For me, joining Slimming World was a journey into the unknown. My wife recommended we went to our first group and I had no idea what to expect. Since that first meeting however I have never looked back! I would love you to join me at one of my groups. You will hear ideas and tips that will guide you on your weight loss journey. At group you’ll get help when you need it, especially as our journey together isn’t always a straight road.
