I joined Slimming World as I was feeling so low with the way I looked and felt about myself. Going through the doors of my group I was shaking and nervous, but I was soon made to feel welcome. I couldn’t wait to go home and start this new way of life! With the fantastic group support, I was soon on my way to a new fitter me.
