I’ve been large most of my life, out of breath and the last straw being diagnosed with MS these were my main drivers that led me to join, Slimming World and I’m SO glad that I did. I absolutely love all the abundant Free Foods and the smart ways of cooking them - I never have to go hungry and the lbs just dropped away. I achieved my target weight in just 13 months, having lost 6 stones 8.5lbs. As a Slimming World Consultant, I now have 3 amazing groups, where I support every member to achieve their weight-loss dreams.
