A few years ago, a thoughtless comment by a former colleague about my size made me feel embarrassed and ashamed. This led me to join my local Slimming World group and I went on to lose over 3 stones. Looking back that comment caused me to make a decision that has completely changed my life for the better. Losing weight gave me the confidence to become a Slimming World Consultant and it’s a role that I love because I can help my members achieve their weight loss dreams too.
