Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Jane

There is no way I could have lost weight without the group supporting me. If I can do it, anyone can. I just want others to feel as good as I feel. We would love to meet you soon. I plucked up the courage to go along to my local Slimming World group in April 2016 and I have never looked back. After 8 months I had lost 3st 7lbs. I was shocked and delighted at the same time. I was made to feel so welcome - it was reassuring to know that other people were in the same situation. The plan was easy, and with the support of my Consultant and the members spurring me on, the weight just kept dropping off. Friends were starting to notice which gave me a huge boost. Now I feel energised and more confident, I can finally wear the clothes I want.
