A warm welcome...

I have always been overweight and after having two children, I joined Slimming World in July 2013 to lose weight to be a bridesmaid at my brother's wedding. I have lost 5 stones through Food Optimising and my Husband, also a Slimming World Consultant, has lost 10 stones. Slimming World has changed our lives and has given us the chance of having a proper family life - with our two children having also gained healthier, more energetic parents! I now want to give something back and help change other people's lives through Slimming World too.
