I thought I'd tell you a little about me as I think its important that you know I understand just what it like to struggle with your weight. Seventeen years ago, I got my holiday photos back and remember sitting there, excited to look through them. But when I saw this person on the beach, still dressed in a skirt and T-shirt, I thought the shop must have given us the wrong pictures – who dresses like that in 40-degree heat?! Then I realised… it was me, and my heart sank. My friend started telling me about Slimming World, so I joined straight away and went on to lost 3st.
