I’d spent all my life being overweight and tried every diet under the sun. In 2007 I decided to join Slimming World. Within 18 months I lost 6st 4lb and had never felt healthier. In 2009 I become a Consultant and opened my first group in Southwick. In 2011 I had the opportunity to take over the Portslade group where I lost my weight. The hardest thing is walking through the door but the warmth and support you’ll receive from myself and members will help you reach your dreams.
