I joined Slimming World in June 2019 and got to target in November 2019, having lost just over 3st! Iʼve had many ups and downs with my weight and even worked for another weight loss company many moons ago. But Slimming World has given me and my family our lives back. I completely understand how you may be feeling before you start your weight loss journey – itʼs scary and daunting – but I will be with you 100% of the way.
