My recent weight loss story started in Dec 2017. I had been a target member but had slipped out and gained all my weight again. I was in a bad place and very unhappy. So I decided to take control, re-join a Group and get back to TARGET! I worked out to get to my target it was a 50lb weight loss - I was going to be 50 years old in May 2019. So I had my focus - 16 months later, I achieved my 50lb loss with a few months to for my 50th Birthday. I had reminded myself of the amazing Food Optimising plan and gone from couch potato to active queen. I took on the Couchto5k app and was running 5k in 2 months. I love to run and it truly helps me keep off the weight and is just as effective for my mental health too.
