Iʼve tried so many diets over the years. Some worked in the short term – some didnʼt – but, tired of yo-yo dieting and of feeling deprived and hungry, Iʼd soon go back to my old ways of eating. Then, around four years ago, I sceptically walked into my local Slimming World group. I didn't feel particularly motivated and was prepared for failure. Instantly, though, I found a friendly place and I was welcomed with open arms by my lovely Consultant. The group was warm and friendly and, as we swapped tips and recipes, I knew that this time it was going to work.
