I have lost 3 stone as a Slimming World member and have been a Consultant since 2011. As a severe asthmatic, my weight had begun to impact my breathing and having no experience with weight loss groups I didn't know where to turn. A friend recommended Slimming World to me, she hooked me in by telling me I could have pasta and potatoes to my heart's content! Sold! Saturday mornings bring me so much joy, I love helping to support other people to achieve their health goals and dreams. It really doesn't feel like work. I am looking forward to meeting you soon.
