I joined Slimming World as a member in January 2010 and I’ve lost 6½ stones thanks to their fabulous Food Optimising eating plans! My favourite thing about Slimming World is the amount of food you can eat freely without feeling any guilt. I love Slimming World chips, beans and egg as well as unlimited pasta, jacket potatoes and curry. Most days I also enjoy a chocolate bar as well!
