My name is Simon, and I am enthusiastic about helping my members lose weight. I've lost 6 stones and reached my target weight. But I remember my first day as a member all those years ago. I was unsure if group was the right place for me, unsure if I could do it and even worried about whether the people inside would like me. Of course, I need not have been concerned! It is my mission to ensure you also feel welcomed when you step into either my Quedgeley group on Saturday mornings or Newent on Wednesday evenings. I will do everything to ensure that every week after you get a warm welcome, loads of support, fun, inspiration, and plenty tasty recipe ideas!
