My aim is to help everyone in my Slimming World groups to not only lose weight - but also grow as a person and become more confident. I’d love to support you to your dream target weight and beyond, just come along to our warm and friendly groups - we’ll be with you every step of the way. I joined Slimming World in 2012,having previously had such a bad relationship with food which led to my weight going up and down for years. I tried every diet I could think of,and then I finally found Slimming World! I love that you can eat so many different foods and there’s no need to ever go hungry. I loved it so much, I decided to become a Consultant to help others on their own weight loss journey. I can’t wait to meet you–I know you’ll love it too!
