As a Slimming World member myself, I do love good food. I love to get creative in the kitchen and enjoy the challenge of making all our family favourite meals Food Optimising friendly. My chicken curry is legendary amongst our friends. Healthy eating and healthy living go hand in hand, although not essential to lose weight with Slimming World. I'm passionate about the success of my members, and go the extra mile to make each and every one of them, feel supported and cared for, throughout the highs and lows of their weight loss journey. Slimming World groups update
Our community groups across England, Scotland and Wales have now fully reopened and are running as normal.
Our groups in Northern Ireland are still running a little differently – with slightly smaller, shorter sessions, and the start times may be different to those advertised.
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and double-check group times. No matter how your group's running, you'll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you'd love.
