Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Jess
Hi, I’m Jess, your Slimming World Consultant in Kesgrave! After struggling with my weight for over 10 years, I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea and knew I needed to make a change. I joined Slimming World in June 2024 and discovered that losing weight didn’t mean going hungry. Food Optimising and the support of my group helped me lose almost 6st and gave me back so much of my life. I loved my Slimming World journey so much that I became a Consultant to help others achieve their goals too. My group is a warm, friendly and welcoming space with no judgement – just support, encouragement, ideas and plenty of laughs. I look forward to welcoming you soon.
