Hello, I'm Hannah - a mum of two, wife, and lover of food. I was referred to my local Slimming World group by my GP back in 2009. I lost 4 stones and never looked back. I'm happier, healthier and loving life. In 2013 I became a Consultant for my local group in Eye, 2016 a Team Developer and now I'm very proud to be the District Manager for Suffolk and East Essex. If you are like me - you love food - then come along and found out more. The first 30 minutes of group is for the new member talk and weighing in and then 40 minutes of support and motivation.
